Recipes are good and professional but this is more like a booklet. It is a tiny format, slightly bigger than a CD box (if you remember what those look like). The small format also dictates a small font, so don't expect a cookbook you can have on the surface or in a stand when you cook. It is cheeky bordering on deceiving to sell this book format as a cookbook.
