I bought these lights for outside on my balcony, not realising they needed batteries and were not mains electric (my mistake for not checking the small details). The lights require 3 AA batteries, and I found that the hard plastic they are enclosed in is flimsy and it cracked when I tried to take the cover off to put the batteries in, so I would doubt it is waterproof and suitable for outdoor use. I would also think that the batteries wouldn't last very long if on for longer periods. I would recommend that they should only be used indoors.

These are poor quality lights and some of the plastic snowflakes had already fallen off in the cheap packaging when they finally arrived. These lights, for some reason, seem to eat up batteries too. Totally not worth the money. I brought much better quality battery powered lights for less money from a "bargain home" store chain.

The media could not be loaded. Die Akkulaufzeit ist kurz... Ich installiere eine neue Batterie, die in 3 Tagen leer ist. Ich hatte erwartet, dass das Lichterketten länger sein würde. Es war kurz, wie Sie im Video sehen können. Die Beleuchtung ist schön, wenn die Batterie neu ist. Es ist auch schön, dass es ein gelbes Licht gibt. Nachts noch schöner :)
