I usually go for a monthly back massage but when I had some back pain and couldn’t get an appointment I decided to give this a try. Now I won’t be booking monthly massages anymore because this is amazing! It quickly relieves my aches and pains so I use it as soon as I feel a twinge. A friend tried one and found it painful but she was lying directly on it. I place two cushions on either side of the massager to keep it level so my full weight isn’t pressing on it (which could hurt). I use it for about ten minutes on one area then move to the next and it works perfectly. Absolutely love it as it’s saving me a lot of money and keeping my back pain free.

This has already made a huge difference to my back stiffness. I usually wake up stiff, and at times my lower back is so stiff that I even have to think about turning over in bed. However, after using this massager yesterday, I woke up this morning without back stiffness and able to move freely. The massager hurts because the balls in it are hard, I was grimmacing throughout the massage, but I have to say it works even though my back feels bruised today, it is freer. I also like the fact that this massager can be moved to different parts of the back.

I got this for my husband as he has a really bad back, neck and shoulders. We've tried loads of things in the past which haven't been even close to helping him including; sports therapy, massage, tens machine, accupressure mat, back stretchers of various kinds etc. I honestly didn't think it would work on him as nothing has in the past but I hate to see him in pain and thought it's worth a shot, and it totally was! This really does get into his muscles / tendons and gets out the knots. I will say it's a pretty aggressive massage but i guess that's why it works so I wouldn't use it everyday! Anyway, it works great !!

Over the years I've bought many gizmos,gadgets and devices claiming to alleviate aches and pains and they all pale in comparison to this massage device! So far, so good...it's really robust, well made and loosens my back muscles better than even my Sport Massage Therapist can do...I use it first thing in the morning and then again about an hour before bedtime and it's a God-send to this back that's served me well for the last 60 years and is slowly starting to remind me of everything I've put it through for every one of them.....It's 15 minutes of Heaven!

I LOVE my massage pillow! The massage mechanism is great, as will as the heat, and I especially love that it changes direction once a minute, without having to push a button, like some others. This is actually my second one. The first one died after a couple years of twice-daily use. I contacted the seller through Amazon, and they sent me a new one a day later, thank goodness! That was 2 years ago, and I use it every morning and every night for lower back pain. It has made a world of difference for my quality of life! I am ordering another one to have on hand when this one goes. Great price on them now! Highly, highly recommended.

I have been looking for a back massager specially as all the others on the market are neck massager. This I am able to put down and lay on it for best coverage around the shoulder and back area. The extra padded cover also provides pretty good coverage making it softer on the muscles. The heating feature is quick to heat up and provides an added layer of comfort. The timer does go off and Im not sure if there is a way to extend the timer, but its probably a good safety feature as to not over do it.

edit: This might be the fastest response I got from the from the seller after I emailed them a day ago about my unfortunate product. They immediately sent me a new one and was very polite and apologetic. This is how everything should be handeled, professionally. I recommend! the first rotation is fine, but after the movement switches to counter-clockwise, the massager just stops working. turns out I'm one of unlucky ones but good thing seller reached out to me fast!

I ordered this massager and loved how strong it is so much that I went to order another one and it has been out of stock ever since. When trying to order I am given a message to order another one the is IDENTICAL in appearance however it is FAR INFERIOR to this original one. Do not order the recommended replacement product. While it looks the same it is not as strong and if you put any weight on it, it jams and makes a loud noise.
